What is the diet of dependent carbohydrate?

The carbohydrate diet depends on the weight loss plan, which strictly limits the amount of food containing the carbohydrates that one consumes. Carbohydrates are a type of nutritional compound made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and most often occur in grain or starch -based foods such as breads, pasta, potatoes, biscuits and cakes. By reducing the amount of carbohydrates that a person eats, it is assumed that the diet plan reduces the amount of insulin, the hormone placed in the blood that controls the sugar level. The central conviction of the diet of carbohydrates is that by reducing the high level of insulin, one will be less likely to be hungry during the day and will be satisfied with smaller parts of food.

The first part of the drug addictive diet begins with two low carbohydrate dishes every day known as supplementary meals. Additional meals usually consist of approximately four ounces (113.38 grams) of boiled protein, such as Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Beef or Fish. Protein is generally pairedwith two ounces (56.69 grams) cheese and two cups (475 ml) salad greenery or other vegetables. Fruits often contain carbohydrates and is not usually allowed as part of food. Additional meals can also be combined with one to two additional snacks, which are generally individual portions of any items allowed during additional meals.

The last meal of the day on the plan is referred to as rewarding food. During reward meals, one is allowed to consume food containing carbohydrates or any other foods it wants. The main provision of food reward is its time limit: each reward meal must be consumed within one hour or less. According to the rules of the diet plan, if the reward food takes too long, it may begin to increase insulin.

Critics addicted to carbohydrate technology often believe that the justification of the weight loss plan is defective. Claims that any declineThe weight that occurs on the diet is due to the fact that the person simply limits the amount of food that it is generally on the plan due to strict control of supplementary meals, not due to reduced carbohydrates. These critics also tend to advise against drastically reducing carbohydrates in the diet, as this could lead to extreme fatigue, because carbohydrate -containing foods tend to give more energy.
