In the typical class yoga class, a certified yoga instructor, leads students through yoga poses on the floor and with the support of trapezoidal fabric. A long fabric hangs from the ceiling as a rocking net and is made of the same material as in the Air GymnastCE or circus. Over time, students learn to use fabric trapezes to fully support their entire body weight in certain yoga poses. Gradual development allows these beginners to benefit because they gain confidence in the use and confidence in the trapezoidal substance. Classes are often playful and entertaining, and students may have to share yoga trapezes, support the spirit of lightness and helpfulness.
