What is the test of the physical fitness of the army?
The physical fitness test of the army is a set of exercises that the army uses to evaluate the strength and cardiovascular endurance of its soldiers. For the Units States Army, they are three exercises that include a test, push-up, sit-up and a timed 2 mile run. The US Army requires soldiers to pass the physical fitness test twice a year. Each exercise results in a numeric score from 0 to 100 and the soldier must get at least 60 at each exercise to pass the test. The physical fitness test of the US Army is a factor in deciding on promotion and is a requirement for completing basic training of the army, although in this case the minimum score for exercise 50 is in this case.
