What is Enrober?

Enrober is a device used to paint food in a liquid coating, often for coating candies or other desserts in chocolate. The device is often relatively large and usually consists of a transport belt that moves pieces of food into the liking area in which they are coated. In this area, the leaf of the liquid coating is poured in a carefully controlled way to provide thorough and accurate food coatings as it passes through the sheet.
