What is Brazchetta sauce?

Bruschetta sauce is a slowly cooked sauce made of ingredients that are commonly used fresh as part of an Italian bowl known as Bruschetta. Recipes for Brazchetta are very different, but usually include tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil that are cooked for a long time. The finished Brazchetta sauce is very similar to the basic tomato sauce, although most recipes produce smaller quantities, because to a large extent it is intended for use as a span for roasted bread. Variations of the basic recipe may include ingredients such as capers, anchovy, cured meat or even cheeses such as parmesan or gorgonzola. Although the sauce can be made at home, there are also several commercial types of Bruschetta sauce, which are suitable not only for Bruschetta, but also as a sauce for pasta or chicken meals.

In most cases, Bruschetta is a sauce cooked or sauce made of ingredients commonly used for Bruschetta. When the Brazchetta sauce has finished cooking, it can be preserved and used slowly over time. It can also be administered as a side dish to be a teaspoon of vegetables or used as a sauce. If enough is made, the sauce can be poured into pasta or other meals in almost the same way as the tomato sauce.
