What is cilantro chutney?

Chutney is a paste made of herbs, spices, lemon and chili. It is a basic accessory to Indian cuisine. The most common chutneys are made with mint, coriander or both. Hari or dhaniya chutney are different types of chutney cilantro. Dhaniya is made with seeds of coriander plants and Hari is made with leaves.
