What is a high protein bread?

dry yeast, 4 tablespoons (about 56 grams)
Hot water, 3 cups (675 mililiters)
Eggs, 1
Honey, 1/2 cup (118 milliliters)
Salt, 1/2 tablespoon (about 14 grams)
Vegetable oil, 1/2 cup (118 milliliters)
Soy flour, 1/2 cup (118 milliliters)
Whole grain flour, 7 1/2 cups (about 1.7 kilograms)
Flour, 2 cups (about 450 grams)

first sprinkle the yeast over the water. Add honey and wait for the yeast bubbles that take five to ten minutes. Then add oil, salt, eggs, non -flour and soy flour to the mixture. After thoroughly mixed, start adding wholemeal flour until the dough is used. This will take about 5 1/2 cups (about 1.25 kilograms) of wholemeal flour. Use another cup (about 225 grams) to sprinkle whole grain flour on the kneading plate and knead the bread for ten minutes.

The dough should then be left to reheat for one hour in the covered bowl. Do not forget to put it in a warm space. Use the last wálek (about 225 grams) flour to sprinkle the kneading board again and work it into the dough while the bread is pulled for about five minutes until all the air bubbles are being developed. The dough is ready to rise again. Once it rises, divide it into three loaves, place them in an oiled, standard pans of bread size and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees of fahrenheite (about 176 degrees Celsius). Note that the oven should be cold when the pans are placed in.
