What is Ladda?
Laddu is Indian sweet with any of the different types of flour and shaped into small balls for serving. In English it is also sometimes spell -in Laddoo or Ladoo. Sweet can be made of cereal and legumes and often has added nuts or dried fruit. It is especially popular as treatment for festivals and special occasions.
One of the most popular varieties is Boondi Laddu . The primary component is gram flour, made of Garbanzo beans. The gram flour, sometimes called besan, is mixed with milk to form a strong dough. The dough is then forced by a sieve for hot oil, so small drops or dough balls that cook quickly in oil.
