What is Palatschink?
Palatschinke is a type of pancake from Austria, which is popularly served during lunch or dinner in Eastern and Central Europe. The pancake is made of wheat flour, milk and eggs, as well as salt and sugar until a liquid dough is formed. The mixture is then boiled in oil or butter and creates a Crêpe pancake, similar to French crepe. Various fruit jams are rolled into Palatschink and are then ended with one of the different sauces.
