What is Bender Ball®?

Bender Ball® is an inflatable plastic ball of approximately 9 inches (about 23 cm) in diameter, which is the central component of Bender Method ™ basic training developed by Fitness instructor Lesle Bender. He has been working in the Fitness Industry since the age of 80 and has developed Bender Ball® as part of a fitness program that is referred to as selective ™ stabilization. Bender Ball® is used in different ways through different training sessions, such as placed on the lower back, while the user sits and extends back towards the floor. The purpose of the ball is to enable the user to extend the backwards to the starting point because the user is crushed by the abdominal muscles.
