What is a biblical diet?
Biblical diet is a method of food that strictly adheres to the rules set out in font for the consumption of various foods. Most of the diet consists of fruits and vegetables from acceptable trees and plants. A small amount of "pure" meat is an optional accessory.
The diet base consists of fruit and nuts from trees. Any tree that carries fruit with seeds or bears baking seeds is considered acceptable. This includes citrus fruit, apples, pomegranates, cherries and many other fruit, as well as coconuts, data and other nuts. In order to qualify for food, the plant must bear seeds in their edible yield or provide an edible yield that is the seeds themselves. In this group there are wheat and oats and most vegetables including squash, beans, peas and corn. Fruits that appear more on plants rather than trees such as melon and berries are considered to be acceptable plants in this GR.
In the upper part of the biblical diet food pyramids are fieldsStrins that consist of roots, herbs and some leafy vegetables that are not in the previous group. This group includes carrots, potatoes and other vegetables that grow in the ground, along with greenery, such as spinach and kale. Fungi are also acceptable field plants.
meat is an optional supplement to this type of diet. If included, the selection of meat for biblical food must be considered clean. Land animals must have a clogged hoof and chew. Fish are acceptable only if they have fins and standards. Most birds are acceptable, but birds from prey and birds are not considered clean.
According to these rules, pure meat can be obtained, among other things, from a cow, lamb, goats and deer. Pigs and rabbits are considered unclean. Salmon, trout and bass are acceptable fish because they have both standards and fins. Crab, lobster, shrimp and eel are not acceptable. Chickens and turkeys are pure birds, but eagles andDucks are not.
The term "biblical diet" is sometimes used synonymously with the diet of the manufacturer. The Maker's Diet is a diet plan developed by Jordan S. Rubin, a motivational speaker and founder of Garden of Life Health and Wellness Company. Rubin claims that this diet helped him to cure Crohn's disease, depression and many other diseases.
Rubin's diet manufacturer is listed in detail in his book, The Maker's Diet: a 40 -day health experience that will change your life forever. The instructions are very similar to instructions in the biblical diet. Rubin emphasizes the consumption of whole and organic foods.
