What is bootcamp training?

Exercise Bootcamp is an exercise with a total body that combines low -impact aerobic exercises with strength training to make the body maximum results in a short time. The concept of this type of exercise is basic and does not require expensive equipment. Bootcamp exercises are effective because they use all the main muscle groups to complete the exercise. By using all major muscle groups, the body burns calories faster than other exercises. Exercise such as running or swimming use only a few muscle groups at a time.
