What is the dessert called buckle?

The buckle is a dessert that combines fresh seasonal fruit, a rich cake dough and a streusel bay. The result is a rich, thick cake with a damp crumb, which is sometimes compared to coffee cake. It is an excellent summer dessert and can be served hot or cold, simple or dressed with drizzle sauce. Creating buckles at home is a relatively easy and great way to use fresh fruit.
