What is the heel?

Heel stroke is a wedge -shaped insert that is located in the back of the shoe, most often to repair the irregularity in the length of the legs. It is generally made of relatively solid, waterproof material and some models can be adjusted to different heights. Permanent use of the elevator on the heel can repair the posture and irregularity of walking, which in turn relieves pain often associated with structural imbalance in the lower body. However, it may worsen problems with musculoskeletal problems, but if it is used incorrectly and should therefore be worn only with a doctor's recommendation. This strength provides a consistent lifting height that cannot be achieved using fungal materials that are usually used to create other types of shoes inserts. Looking from the side, the heel is usually in the shape of a wedge, with the strongest point at the back. The back of the elevator is rounded, so when it is placed in the shoe, it adjacent to the heel.

lifts withThey most often use contrast with the length of the foot. Such an irregularity may be caused by the length of the length in the bones of the legs, or it may result from other musculoskeletal problems such as pelvic deformity or scoliosis. The body usually naturally adapts the posture and walks to compensate for such structural irregularities. Abnormal attitude and walking that have resulted in may cause permanent discomfort or pain in the legs, ankles, legs, hips, buttocks and backs. In addition to this physical pain, those who have uneven posture or unusual walk suffer.

Loading the heel lift in the shoe balances the length of the foot. For many, this equalization immediately corrects the abnormalities of attitude and walking. With permanent use, the heel stroke may also reduce or even eliminate discomfort and pain associated with the irregularity of the length of the legs.

Some modeling of the heel has an adjustable height. These lifts can be set to expand from approximately 0.13 inches (0.32centimeters) up to 1 inch (2.54 centimeters) in height. The differences of the length of the foot, which exceed the difference of 1 inch (2.54), do not have to be repaired with the elevator on the heel. Those who have a significant length of irregularities may benefit from remedial surgery.

It should be noted that incorrect use of the heel densums may actually worsen problems with musculoskeletal problems. So they should not be worn without first looking for the advice of a doctor. If it is recommended to stroke the heel, the doctor usually makes measurements to determine what height of lifting is needed.
