What Is a Hypnosis Induction?
Hypnosis induction (induction of hypnosis) refers to the method to induce the person to be hypnotized into a hypnotic state. Its principles: (1) make the hypnotized person pay attention; (2) reduce the test of reality; (3) increase involuntary imagination. There are many methods, which can basically be divided into three categories: focus, relaxation and confusion. Gaze method, upper limb floating method, etc. are focused induction; progressive relaxation method and touch method are relaxed induction method; on the contrary, promiscuous induction is confusing induction.
