How can I choose the best fish oil?

Fish oil is high in omega-3 acid eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenic acid (DHA). The human body needs omega-3 fatty acids to function properly, but cannot produce them. Omega-3 fatty acids must therefore be obtained from food sources. Studies have also shown that eating fish oil with EPA and DHA can:
