What are glucosinolates?

glucosinolates are nutrients or organic sulfur compounds that often occur in several plants in the family brassica . Organic compounds found in glucosinolates reportedly detoxify the human body of potential carcinogens. Most people are able to consume a compound by eating crucible vegetables in their normal diet.
