What is the just cocoa of just trade?

When people buy cocoa and cocoa products from farmers who are quite paid for their work, their shopping is known as just cocoa of fair trade. These farmers often often uneducated and lacking negotiating skills usually do not receive much income from their sales. health food stores, special markets and internet companies often carry cocoa products of fair trade. When the food of fair trade is certified, the international black and white seal of certification is marked. These labels are read by Federation Fair Trade Federation or Fair Trade Certified ™.
