What is Payer Palak?
PALAK PANEER is an Indian curry made of spinach and cheese. The word "palak" means "spinach" and "Panheer" is a type of Indian cheese. This meal is commonly served with Indian flat bread called "Roti".
Palak Panheer came from the Punjabi area, although the variations on this dish are popular throughout India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Also known as Mr. Saag and Saagwala, food can be made with other greenery than spinach. The word "saag" means "greenery" and mustard green are the most common replacement of spinach.
Indian PANEER is fresh, simple cheese available on Indian markets, but is often produced in home kitchens. The ingredients needed for the production of the pane include only whole milk and acid such as lemon juice, vinegar or citric acid. The acid is added to cooking milk a little at the same time until the curd separates from the whey. The mixture is then cooled, tense vibrate and pressed with weight to remove excess moisture.
If the Mr. is unavailable,It can be replaced by queso fresco or dry cottage cheese. However, Mr. is usually unsalted and these alternative cheeses may contain salt. In a vegetarian or vegan bowl can be replaced by tofu extra-firm.
In addition to spinach and cheese, the PALAK recipe is usually sliced onions, chopped tomatoes and whole or sliced green chilli. Ginger is often added as an aromatic agent. Kari spice can include cumin, coriander and turmeric. Some recipes require a mixture of spices known as Garam Masala and Chana Masala.
Some recipes PANEER SAAG can also include meat that has been baked in the Tandoori oven. This variation is called SAAG GOSHT or PALAK GOSHT. Lamb is the most commonly used meat, although tandoori goats or chicken can also be used.

One of the most common variations of PALAK PANEER is food called Saag Aloo or Palak Aloo. This version of Palaca Panheer is served with fried potatoes for immersion, and PANEER CURRY DIST can be drizzled with Indian cleaned butter known as Ghee. PALAK ALOO can also be served with flat bread and rice.
