What is Papas Relena?
Papas Relena, literally "filled potatoes" are fried balls or slightly flattened balls, mashed potatoes with meat. They are traditional potato food in several South American countries, Cuba and Puerto Rico. Trail food and food prepared in homes and restaurants are widely considered to be a comfortable meal.
