What is a peach syrup?
Peach syrup is a food product made of peach juice. The syrup made of peaches is most often home, but can also be commercially sold. Other peach products include Peach Preserves, peach jelly, canned peaches and fresh peach. Peaches are grown primarily in the southeastern United States and harvested from early June to mid -July.
In order to produce peach syrup, peaches peel and the pit is removed. Peeled peaches are then cut and added to a pot of water with sugar and cinnamon. The mixture is brought to a boil and then boiled until peaches are cooked for a porridge consistency. After the mixture is removed from the heat and is left to cool, passes through the blender and clean, so it is fully liquefied. The syrup can then be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

The peach syrup can be heated by cooking in a shallow pan at the top of the stove or for a few seconds in a microwave. If you combine ice cream syrup, it is best to wait for the syrup just before serving so that the ice cream does not spill.
Peach syrups also uses as a component in canned peachesor peach cans. By using peach syrup instead of simple syrup or ordinary water, canned peaches have an even stronger peach taste. Peach cans are produced by adding sugar and water to cut peaches and then cooking until it is soft. The mixture is poured into sterilized glasses and then added peach syrup until the container is filled.
